Huvila House

A major remodel of an existing estate to create a functional and elegant home for a large family. This project combines a strategic remodel of a haphazard existing 5,000 square foot home and 1,000 square foot guest house along with significant landscaping to create a holistic master plan. The end result is a home with purposeful and well proportioned rooms, both inside and out, offering generous places to gather and delightful spots to retreat.
